Collaborative Partners share a commitment to continuous improvement in the health of area citizens. They work to reduce risky behaviors while improving the access to wellness resources that support healthy behaviors, good nutrition, healthy weight, appropriate physical activity, and healthy independent living. Partners in this group have committed to work on one of the following goals: 

Goal 6: Low-income children and families use proper nutrition

Goal 7: Improve community health outcomes

Goal 8: Improve community health through the prevention and reduction of tobacco, physical abuse, substance or alcohol abuse

Goal 9: Increase the number of residents whose health enables them to maintain or improve their ability to remain independent
