What is Day of Caring?

Day of Caring is a one-day, community-wide event that mobilizes individuals from various businesses and military commands to administer an assortment of volunteer projects at non-profit agencies and schools in our community.

In 2008, more than 1,200 volunteers from more than 70 businesses, organizations and military commands completed 93 projects, benefiting dozens of United Way partner nonprofit agencies and schools.

On behalf of the agencies and schools: Thank you!!
