United Way of Escambia County

The Leaders in Giving Breakfast aims to engage small business owners and retirees who may not have the opportunity to learn about the work of United Way through a traditional workplace campaign.

Sharon Hess Herrick chairs the Leaders in Giving Breakfast Committee, which also includes Justin Beck and Robert Mills. The first breakfast was held in 2006, and over the past two years has generated $156,000 in three-year pledges and an increase in Leaders in Giving Society members.

The 2009 Leaders in Giving Breakfast will be held on Feb. 17, 2009. Attendance is by invitation. Please call Brandy Gottlieb at 444-7147 for details.
